Nepal is an independent but a landlocked country, however its natural landscape of mountains make it a picturesque site, situated between the People Republic of China, and India, it covers an area, of 147,181 square kilometers with a population of 25 million. The highest mountain Mt. Everest is 8848 meters above the sea level, is situated in Nepal. Large numbers of tourists visit Nepal for climbing and trekking the Himalayas but we also have a segment who visit Nepal to experience culture of Nepal. The temperature varies from O degree c. to 45-degree c. and it has a rainfall of 100 cm to 350 cm. Being a mountainous country, there are many fast flowing rivers and streams, and NepaL has the second largest potentiality of generating hydropower in the world. Tourism is one of the main sources of income of Nepal, Which provides diverse interest such as jungle safari, rafting, trekking and sight seeing. About 80% of the population consist of rural habitants.

Due to unemployment in the country, the Nepalese government has granted approval for foreign employment agencies or organization to provide necessary manpower to foreign country as per the requirement. The Nepalese recruited by the British army and Indian army has gained good reputation by their honesty discipline and bravery, and are famous as " Gurkhas of Nepal."
