| Recruiting Policy |

On receipt of pertinent documents from our principal, first we have to submit to our labour Ministry to get Pre-Permission, which is must for advertisement in Local News-papers.

After the advertisement, we have to collect more CVs as well as from our data bank (reserve pool).
On receipt sufficient applications/CVs then, the selection committee (Representative of
Principal/ N.C.F member) will interview strictly and select the best as per the job of nature either verbal or practical or trade testing.

Then, N.C.F will furnish the passport particulars along with application & CVs of nominated personnel to the respective employers/principal for final selection and other procedures.

After the final selection or approval of principal, all of them will be sent for medical
examination to the respective authorized doctors/hospitals. And the reports/ status of the same will be furnished to the principal.

The principal, then, would process their visas or give us approval for visa endorsement from respective consular section.

After receipt of the valid passports/ visas N.C.F will process for final approval on Labour Ministry
to get final approval to deploy the workers through immigration (Without final approval no one can deploy from Nepal.)

Then, on completion of all the fore-going formalities, N.C.F will book their seats on the respective
flight to the nearest airport of working site according to employer's desire. Likewise, all the flight
information will be faxed/phoned to the principal to arrange their airport pick-ups and for Principal
perusal.

Finally, N.C.F will provide the standard foreign employment greement approved by our principal
before the workeifs) departure.
